Hi All, welcome to Memphis & Co.LLC! 

Little bit about me, for those of you who don't know. My name is Cortney and I was born and raised here in Monroe, WI. My husband Derek, our children, and our four dogs continue to strengthen our roots here in my hometown. 

My sidekick (and name behind the business) since 2012 is Memphis the Border Collie. Memphis and I attended Triple Crown Academy for professional dog trainers in 2013 - now known as Starmark Academy, where I began my career in dog training and behavior studies. Over the years, I obtained my degree in Animal Welfare Management, while also gaining hands on-experience and continued education in dog caretaking, training, client relations, management, kennel maintenance, grooming, nutrition, and more. My entire life revolves around dogs.

Since May 2021, I had been employed as a full time dog trainer for Focused Dog Training and in September 2023, I decided it's time to take the steps to pursuing my own entity in the industry. With an extremely supportive employer and village backing me in this new journey - I'm excited to see this transpire in our beautiful community. 

I've been very active in the Monroe and surrounding areas helping families care for their dogs when needed for over a decade. I'm thrilled to expand on my dog caretaking services by offering high quality board and train services as well!

Meet Izzy, our dedicated daycare manager and assistant trainer with years of experience in the pet care industry! Her passion for dogs started early in her childhood and now thrives as she works towards sports training goals with her Doberman, Xena. With a certification from the Karen Pryor Academy, Izzy is committed to ongoing education through seminars, online courses, and hands-on training. When she's not caring for your furry friends, she enjoys hiking, photography, and all things dog-related!​
